Standard Call Outs

We charge one hour at the applicable rate for the callout and this includes the first hours work. 

Remote Support

Remote Support is available for existing customers for most (but not all) issues and is charged in 15 min increments.

*Technical Training

In general Technical Training is not offered. However in certain circumstances we may provide it (at our sole discretion) at the prevailing Weekend / Bank Holiday hourly rate.


We prefer to get to know our customers and their networks in detail, so we can provide the best support possible. Our membership packages offer the following benefits:

  • regular site visits to ensure the systems are running at peak efficiency
  • discounted hourly rate for call outs and additional work
  • preferential scheduling for callouts
  • remote support for the simpler issues, which is cheaper and quicker than callouts to site
  • all for nominal monthly fee which is based on the size of your system
