Managed Support Service
We offer 3 Managed Support packages to suit all business sizes:
Essentials: 1-3 PCs or Macs, no servers. Suitable for many small businesses.
Small Business: 1+ PC’s or Macs, 1 Server – suitable for many businesses with a small server-based network
Business Premium: Unlimited PC’s or Macs, Unlimited Servers
• Remote Control (with permission) is available immediately – the user does not have to go to any website, or install any software
• We have complete information about the device at our fingertips including make, model, hardware, etc which means we can provide the best support. For example, if driver updates are required we can get straight to the correct ones.
• Remote access to the event log so we can diagnose without disturbing the user
• Device history to help us analyse trends
• Preferential onsite and remote support rates compared to ad-hoc rates
• Free telephone support (subject to fair use)
• Additional Services such as Microsoft Office 365, Cloud backups and available with convenient monthly Direct Debit
Options on all packages:
• Fully Managed Business Antivirus solution including web content filtering
• Cloud Data backups to ensure data is not lost in the event of theft or computer failure
• Regular Remote Health checks on Servers
